Rising: sanso-xtro

Adelaide, Australia's Melissa Agate is "sanso-xtro." Her second album (Fountain Fountain Joyous Mountain) was recently released, by way of Digitalis Recordings, on clear yellow vinyl.
"Hello Night Crow" is [seemingly] being pushed as its "lead single," accompanied by a colorful Fergal Brennan-directed stop-motion/animated video. The Dublin-based artist apparently also designed the "Alien-Folk" album's cover (pictured above). Jeannie O' Brien and Malika Whitaker assisted in completing the video's painstaking photography and retro-scoping elements, a process which took nearly 6 months to fully complete!
